About
We build the system behind the operation.
The Lobbi is an operational systems engineering company - not a consulting firm, not an agency. We design and deliver production automation systems using Microsoft tools, custom applications, and everything in between, so your operations become measurable and self-correcting.
Our Model
Not a consulting firm.
Not an agency.
Consulting firms bill by the hour and deliver recommendations. Agencies build marketing assets. The Lobbi builds production systems - automation pipelines, operations dashboards, custom applications - that your team uses every day to run the business.
Every engagement is scoped to a defined deliverable. You know the timeline, the cost, and the outcome before we write a single line of code. We build the system, host the infrastructure, and manage it - then we get out of your way. Your operation keeps running on systems built specifically for it.
The instruments we reach for most often are Microsoft-native — Power Automate, Azure, Teams, .NET — because that is the environment many operations teams already run on. But the form we are delivering is what matters. The instrument is chosen to fit the operation, not the brochure.
Zero Lock-In
We host the infrastructure and manage the systems we build - so your team doesn't have to. Cancel any time. No penalty, no cliff.
Seven Forms, One Stack
Orchestration, integration, cognition, telemetry, surfaces, engineering, and mapping — built on the Microsoft infrastructure your team already runs. Vendor names follow the form, not the other way around.
Defined Scope Every Engagement
You know exactly what you're getting before we start. No open-ended retainers.
DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE
What we are not.
We are operational systems engineers. We map your business correctly, then we build the system that fixes what the map revealed. The AI tools we use are part of a defined toolkit — instruments, not the product. If you need a wrapper around ChatGPT and a slide deck called transformation, there are firms that specialize in that. We are something else.
Industries
Built for process-heavy businesses.
Every vertical we serve shares the same core challenge: operations that outgrew their tools but haven't found a system that fits the way they actually work.
How We Work
Three principles. Every engagement.
The same approach applies whether we're automating an approval chain or building a multi-system operations hub.
Diagnose First
Most engagements begin with a focused diagnostic. We map every manual process, integration point, and data flow before any build starts - so we solve the right problem.
Build to Spec
Every engagement has a defined deliverable, timeline, and acceptance criteria. No open-ended retainers. No hourly billings for vague outcomes.
Delivered, Not Dependent
We build the system, host it on infrastructure we manage, and then get out of your way. Your team uses a system that just works - without an IT burden.
The Team
Built by people who have run these operations.
We don't consult on operations we haven't lived inside. Our team has spent careers inside complex businesses before building systems for them.
Brad Wright
Co-Founder & CEO
Brad leads The Lobbi's strategy, client relationships, and front-end discovery motion. He has spent his career close to owners, operators, and sales teams who feel the cost of broken handoffs every day. Brad helps turn that pressure into a clear scope, a measurable business case, and a system the team can actually use.
Markus Ahling
Co-Founder & COO
Markus is Co-Founder and COO of The Lobbi. He runs day-to-day operations and stays close to the engineering work behind client engagements. Before The Lobbi, he led automation and operations improvements inside large corporate environments, including Amazon, where his work focused on throughput, accuracy, and repeatable execution at scale. His background spans systems architecture, complex operations, financial-services workflows, and operating discipline shaped by high-growth and IPO-stage environments.
Rosamaria Marrujo
Co-Founder & President
Rosa brings over 15 years of leadership in the insurance and Medicare marketplace. As founder and CEO of Trusted American Insurance Agency - an FMO supporting 6,000+ agents nationwide - she built the operational systems that most agencies only dream of. A recognized industry leader, SAHU-CA President of the Year, and professional speaker at Fortune 500 companies, CAHIP, and NAIFA, Rosa applies that same operational discipline to every Lobbi engagement.
